Commercial Cleaning Technician (Evening)
Perform routine commercial cleaning routines using QR code verified task checklists. Duties include trash removal, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfection in office buildings.
Day Porter / On-Site Facility Specialist
Maintain high-visibility common areas, executive suites, lobbies, and restrooms during business hours. Interact directly with property managers and respond to spill/restock calls.
Hard Floor & Carpet Care Technician
Operate auto-scrubbers, strip-and-wax VCT floors, perform low-moisture carpet encapsulation, and power wash exterior entryways. Prior floor care experience required.
Field Operations Supervisor
Conduct digital QR quality audits, onboard new cleaners, manage chemical/equipment supplies, and maintain customer satisfaction scores across assigned account clusters.
